Before                         After
Picking up, transporting and setting up your wedding cake!

After many years of experience of delivering and setting up wedding cakes during the hot summer months across southern Oregon, we have developed a way to safely transport perishable and delicate, dairy based cakes. After assembling and decorating your cake it will be put into a specially designed insulated  container to keep it fresh and protected from any bumps on the road. You can be assured that if you follow our simple instructions you will have a  successful and beautiful outcome.
1) We recommend a flat level surface for transporting. Please do not put on slanted car seats. Preferably in an air conditioned car in the summer.
2) At  the reception site, carefully remove fully assembled cake from box and place on table and decorate.

The Simplicity Design (all cakes pictured on this page the are Simplicity Design)

We have chosen our most popular wedding cake design for the modern bride with simple, but elegant taste. The cake is iced in a smooth white buttercream finish resembling a rolled fondant look with either a small bead or shell border. You may choose as your cake flavors either chocolate or white with any of nine buttercream fillings. Ribbons may be added, along with fresh flowers. Click on  the Presentation and Decorations sections for more ideas.

Here is an example of how you can transform our Simplicity cake with two and a half dozen  fresh roses. A little creativity goes a long way. This cake took about 15 minutes to decorate.
