Determining the size and cost of your wedding cake.

The size of your wedding cake is determined by the number of guests you plan on serving. Listed below are some of the most common wedding cake sizes  for round cakes. If you are keeping the top 6" round tier for your first year anniversary, then go by the number in parentheses, (  ).

A Tip! Keep in mind that the main wedding cake does not always have to match the total number attending. You can select a smaller main cake and supplement the remainder with sheet cakes. For example, if 200  people are attending, you can choose a five tier cake that serves 196, or select a three tier 6x9x12  plus  a full sheet cake and serve the same number.  The second choice will be less expensive.

The chart below will give you the approximate price for our different wedding cake programs. Costs were derived by taking the price per serving and multiplying it by the number of servings. ($2.25 x 50 = $115.00)

Delivery Charges   Our minimum delivery charge of $25  includes set up and any floral decorating for the following areas: Ashland, Medford, Talent, Phoenix, and Central Point.

Other area fees: $35 to Jacksonville, Eagle Point, Gold Hill, Sams Valley.

$40 to Shady Cove, Ruch. $45 to Applegate, Rogue River. $50 to Grants Pass.

No deliveries available to public parks, Wedding Cakes To Go Program or Cupcake Receptions. Add $25.00 for Holidays and Sunday deliveries. All deliveries subject to evaluation based on mileage.

Equipment Rental  Rental fees apply to all stands and equipment. A refundable deposit is also required.
